Cancel anytime
Paid features stay active through the billing period. Client sites are archived with their settings and album assignments preserved. After 60 days without paid access, the main site and media move to cold storage until the account resubscribes.

Can I create a separate website for each client?
Yes. Pro includes five active client sites, while Studio has no active-site limit. Each site gets its own branding, pages, albums, Flickks URL, and optional password. You can schedule a finished site to archive, then restore it with its settings and album assignments. Studio's custom domain applies to your main website, not individual client sites.
Can Flickks replace our website and gallery delivery tools?
Yes. Flickks combines a public website, portfolios and custom pages, plus event and client galleries in one place. Your audience and clients see one consistent brand, and your team manages the work from one dashboard.
How quickly can I launch a website or event album?
In minutes. Sign up, choose a template, upload your work, and publish. Your site is live right away at yourname.flickks.com, and you can refine it whenever you like.
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes, forever. The Free plan includes a complete website, 2 GB of storage, and up to five published albums. Upgrade only when you need more storage, galleries, templates, collaboration, or a custom domain.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Eligible new paid subscriptions start with a 14-day trial. Checkout requires a payment method, but billing starts only after the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid a charge. Your account then uses Free plan limits. After 60 days without paid access, your site and media move to cold storage until you resubscribe.
Can clients open and download a gallery without an account?
Yes. Every album shares with one private link, with an optional password. Clients open it, browse, and download without signing up for anything.
Does Flickks deliver my photos at full resolution?
Yes. Your originals are stored untouched, and viewers see versions optimized for their screen. Downloads are always the full-resolution files you uploaded.
Who owns the photos I upload?
You do, completely. Your work stays yours. We never sell it, use it, or claim any rights over it, and only you decide what is published.
Can I keep a project private until it is ready?
Yes. Albums start as drafts that only you can see. Publish when the set is finished, and clients only ever see the final version.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. The Studio plan includes a custom domain, so your portfolio and client galleries can live at yourname.com. SSL and the technical setup are handled for you.
Can I change my template after I publish?
Anytime. Switching templates never touches your photos, pages, or albums. Everything you have built carries over to the new look.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, from Billing in a few clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, paid album collaboration pauses, active client sites are archived offline, and their settings and album assignments stay preserved for a future resubscription.
